Dr. Clean Laundry is seeking a welcoming, dynamic, collaborative & friendly Team Associate to provide exceptional customer service experience and support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. There will be an opportunity to convert it to a full-time role.
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance
Help customers with machines, payment systems, and general questions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundromat (floors, restrooms, machines, and surfaces)
Restock supplies and keep work areas organized
Assist with wash-dry-fold (WDF) services, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry in accordance with the company’s SOPs.
Ensure timely completion of all periodical cleaning tasks in accordance with the company’s SOP
Handle customer transactions, including accepting payments and providing change
Assist with selling laundry supplies and services as needed
Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and report issues to the Team Lead
Support opening and closing procedures as needed
Work scheduled shifts reliably and professionally
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Base Pay Range: $16.50–$18.50 per hour

This role serves as a key partner to the company’s CEO and is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Oversee daily laundromat operations to ensure machines, facility, and workflow run smoothly
Supervise, schedule, and support team members, providing guidance and on-the-job training
Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with machines, payment systems, and services
Build strong relationships with customers and help create a loyal, returning customer base
Support and oversee wash-dry-fold (WDF) services to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion
Process WDF orders, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry in accordance with the company’s SOP
Ensure timely completion of all periodical cleaning tasks in accordance with the company’s SOP
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply needs
Handle basic cash responsibilities, including transactions and reconciliation

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in laundromat, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
