Yes, we provide doorstep pickup and delivery for your convenience. Just choose your preferred time, and our team will handle the rest.

Please separate delicate or dry-clean-only items and make sure all pockets are empty. You can leave everything else in one bag  we’ll take care of sorting and washing.

We use high-quality, eco-friendly detergents that are safe for skin and fabrics. If you have allergies or specific product preferences, let us know in advance.

Our standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours, depending on your order size and requested Pud services. Express or same-day service is also available in select areas.

Absolutely! We have special care processes for silk, wool, linen, and other delicate materials to ensure they are cleaned gently and safely.
